Shayne Sherman
The Principal has been involved in Public Sector investigations for over 30 years in the Commonwealth, NSW and WA Public Sectors. He has worked for 15 years in oversight agencies in NSW and WA. Since 1998, he has held senior investigation management positions in a number of WA Public Sector agencies.
Shayne is licensed under the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 (WA) as an Agent (IA43427) and Investigator (IN40294).
Shayne also holds a Master license (CAPI411307322) under the Commerical Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (NSW)

Shane Wilson
Integrity Consultant, has over 40 years investigation experience having held senior investigation and management positions in State and Commonwealth Law Enforcement and Public-Sector agencies.
He has worked in the WA Public Sector for over 18 years. During this period, he has held senior investigation and management positions with the:
- Department of Health – Director of Governance and Director Corporate Services.
- Fire and Emergency Services – Principal Consultant (HR)
- Department of Consumer Affairs – Senior Investigations Team Leader
- WA Anti-Corruption Commission – Principal Investigator
Shane has also held senior investigation positions:
- Former Australian Securities Commission – Director of Enforcement Qld
- Queensland Police – Detective Sergeant.
Kim Brown
Integrity Consultant (Training), has significant customer service experience having spent 6 years with the Department of Transport (Vehicle and Driver Licensing) undertaking such roles as a frontline Customer Service Officer, Supervisor/Team Leader and acting as a Branch Manager.
Training is Kim’s specialisation and has spent 4 years as a training officer for the Department, training new and existing employees in the Vehicle and Driver Licensing processes and legislation.
She then moved to the Department of Health and worked for 5 years with the Corporate Governance Directorate, as a Senior Ethical Standards Officer. As part of her role, Kim was responsible for designing and presenting education and awareness sessions around such topics as Accountable and Ethical Decision Making, Conflicts of Interest and Public Interest Disclosure Legislation. During this time, she obtained her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Since leaving the public sector Kim has developed and delivered several training programs to local government on Complaint and Complainant Management.
Joanne Baker
